Warranty Coverage
Every product sold on Server Bazaar carries a warranty as stated on its product page. Coverage varies by category:
- New servers & components: manufacturer warranty (typically 1–3 years).
- Refurbished servers: Server Bazaar warranty (typically 6–12 months).
- Custom-built servers: component-level manufacturer warranties plus our build guarantee.
What’s Covered
Hardware defects and component failures under normal operating conditions. Warranty does not cover physical damage, unauthorized modifications, power surges, or consumable wear.
How to Raise a Claim
- Locate your invoice and the product serial number.
- Email support@serverbazaar.ai.com with the issue description and photos/logs.
- Our engineers triage the issue and arrange repair, replacement, or RMA with the manufacturer.
Turnaround
Most claims are acknowledged within 24 business hours. Replacement timelines depend on parts availability and manufacturer SLAs. For mission-critical deployments, ask about our priority support plans.
