By accessing or using Server Bazaar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Use of the Platform

Server Bazaar is a B2B and B2C marketplace for dedicated servers, components, and related hardware. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order.

2. Pricing & Quotations

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Prices for enterprise and custom configurations are confirmed via a formal quotation. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and update prices without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

• An order constitutes an offer to purchase, subject to our acceptance and stock availability.
• For high-value and bulk orders, we may require advance payment or a purchase order.
• Applicable GST is charged as per prevailing Indian tax regulations.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. Free shipping applies to orders above ₹5 Lakh. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.

5. Warranty

Products are covered by manufacturer or Server Bazaar warranties as described on each product page. See our Warranty Claims page for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Server Bazaar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
