Return Policy

7-Day Return Window

Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice and all included accessories.

Eligibility

• The item is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from its description.
• The item is in resalable condition with intact seals and serial numbers.
• Custom-built and made-to-order servers are non-returnable unless they arrive defective.

How to Request a Return

1. Email support@serverbazaar.ai.com or call 1800-123-4567 within 7 days.
2. Share your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
3. Our team issues a Return Authorization (RMA) and pickup instructions.

Refunds

Once the returned item passes inspection, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
